To PHRF-LO Racers intending to race in the EASTERN LAKE ONTARIO PHRF CHAMPIONSHIPS at CORK:

This is clarification information important to PHRF-LO racers who intend to come to CORK Offshore and compete for the EASTERN LAKE ONTARIO PHRF CHAMPIONSHIP. This is in regard to the registration process and Long Distance Race which will start from Collins Bay YC and end at Portsmouth Harbour. SportFest, the sportboat division of the Offshore Regatta will begin Fri Aug 28/09. The sportboat fleets will be based at Portsmouth Harbour.
