Amendment 1 adds Great Lakes championship to the VX One competition.

You will need the Parent/Guardian name, email, and phone number for any competitor under the age of 18.
All registrants (or their parent/guardian) will be sent a CORK waiver for e-signature. Those registering for the 49er and FX classes will also be sent a Sail Canada waiver for e-signature.

HST will be added on the final payment page.

The entire CORK team is looking forward to seeing you in Kingston this summer!
