  • Adjacent to Kingston Harbour, with race areas within 5-20 minutes sail.
  • Dinghy park facilities with ample space for boats of all sizes, and storage for keelboat or coachboat trailers.
  • Numerous safe and accessible launch ramps for dinghies or trailered boats, and crane for small keelboats. Mobile cranes also available.
  • Spacious outdoor areas for registration, awards ceremonies, and social gatherings.
  • Large harbour with capacity for dozens of keelboats or coach boats.
  • Building with huge multi-purpose indoor hall for awards/meetings/measuring, meeting rooms, banquet facility, and offices.

From race management to jury to safety, we have the expertise to make your regatta a resounding success. CORK has a huge volunteer base to draw upon to run any level of event, including dozens of Sail Canada and World Sailing officials.

For more than 55 years, CORK has hosted regattas: the 1976 Olympics and test events, dozens of World Championships, North American Championships, Canadian Championships and hundreds of regional events for dinghy and keelboat classes, alike.

Convenient Location

Located just a short distance from downtown Kingston, CORK offers convenience and accessibility for participants and spectators alike. Our venue is midway between Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa and is easily accessible by car, train or public transportation, making it the perfect choice for local and international regattas alike. There are direct train connections from Toronto’s international airport to Kingston, as well as train service from Ottawa and Montreal, both with international airports.

There is a wide range of accommodations in Kingston, including the Queen’s University and St. Lawrence College residences which offer economically priced rooms a few minutes walk from the harbour, ranging up to 4+ star hotels and apartments downtown and across the city.

Kingston also has good public transit for those without a car.
